By using Coldopen you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Coldopen is a product of ALTURA Society LLC. ALTURA Society LLC is the service provider under these terms.

The service

Coldopen connects to Instagram professional accounts you own or manage, shows your messages and comments, drafts replies with AI, and sends replies you approve. Auto-send is coming soon.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Meta's Platform Terms, including messaging window rules.
• Do not use Coldopen for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• You are responsible for messages sent from your account. Auto-send under settings you choose is coming soon.

AI drafts

AI drafts can be wrong. Review what you send. Auto-send is coming soon and will hold sensitive topics for you, but no filter is perfect.

Availability

The service is provided as is. Instagram may change or limit its API at any time, which can affect features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Ending use

You can disconnect or stop using Coldopen at any time. See the data deletion page to remove your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Coldopen is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for actions Instagram takes on your account.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
