Delete your data

Option 1: in Instagram (fastest)

• Open Instagram and go to Settings.
• Tap Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
• Find Coldopen and tap Remove.
• Instagram tells us, and we delete your account record, token, messages, and comments right away. You get a confirmation code you can check on our status page.

Option 2: in Coldopen

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Tap Disconnect on the Instagram account. This deletes its token, messages, and comments.

Option 3: by email

If you messaged or commented on an account that uses Coldopen and want your data removed, email support@usecoldopen.com with your Instagram username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is complete.
